Lake, Badin Lake, Mooresville, Cornelius, Hickory, Charlotte, and more!

|

Sub Frame: The dock sub frame
consists of a Hot Dipped galvanized trussed construction. This is a
time-tested system that has been used in commercial marinas for over
50 years.
Slip Angles: This is a simple
addition to our Signature dock, which adds considerable area and
strength to the dock by triangulating the inside of the slip.
Roof Post: The roof post
consists of 4" square steel tubing with either a commercial
galvanized coating or a painted finish. The size of this post not
only offers great strength to the dock but also gives a great look.

Roof Frame: This is where it
makes sense to be light in weight. With this in mind, we use an
aluminum-welded frame with through bolted side banding. There are
several roof color options as well as cupola and weather vanes.
Frame Banding: All perimeters of
the dock are banded with IPE decking. This does away with the typical
metallic look of boat docks and also adds strength to the dock.
Coatings: All metal surfaces
will be either galvanized or sandblasted and coated with an epoxy and
urethane automotive coating that includes a 10-year warranty from the
manufacturer.
|
|
Folding Cleats: These cleats are
standard on the outboard fingers of the dock to eliminate toe stub
areas. 8" nylon deck cleats are used on the inside of the slip.
Ramps: The access ramp that
leads to the dock is made of welded steel or aluminum with an optional
finish color to soften the metallic look. We have standard ramps, as
well as ramps with flared ends which create more room to walk onto the
dock. The flare also adds a great look and more importantly adds
strength by widening the hinge point.

|
|

|
Dock Hinges: The key word here
is heavy duty. We are using a schedule 40 steel pipe welded to a
1/4" steel plate that is then welded to the dock frame.
Anchoring Options: We offer
standard steel pipe, or Seaflex cable system with all Signature Series
dock systems.
General: All docks include
bumpers around the perimeter of the dock inside and out.
